The Tallis Composer and guideline publishing environment are password protected. The software is available for research (non-commercial) purposes but pre-registration and signing a non-disclosure agreement are required.

  • You can download the non-disclosure agreement here. After sending it to Cancer Research Technology, London, you will be sent a user name and password to download the software.

    Before downloading, ensure that the Java 2 platform (minimum version 1.4) is installed on your computer.

    To install, unzip the Tallis Authoring Suite into a folder of your choice.

    Tallis Web Enactment Suite: Optional Module

    Tallis applications are typically uploaded to the www.openclinical.org server in order to be enacted over the web. The Tallis Web Enactment Suite only needs to be installed on your own machine if you wish to publish and enact Tallis process-descriptions locally.

    Note: The file should be renamed tallis.war if windows adds a .zip extension.

    Before you install and run the Tallis Web Enactment Suite, you must install the Java 2 SDK platform (version 1.4 or greater) and the Tomcat web server (version 4.1.18 or greater) on your machine.

    Customisable Tallis Web Enactment Suite (Optional Module)
